Reese Witherspoon began seriously pursuing her acting career after first enrolling at Stanford University. Early successes in her acting career included films such as Pleasantville and Election however, her performance in the film Elle Woods was the turning moment for her. Witherspoon was awarded an Academy Award in 2005 for her part in Walk the Line. Water for Elephants This Means War was one of the latest films she was a part of. It also received the actress another Oscar nomination. Witherspoon has had great success in her roles as an TV actor and producer on David E. Kelley's award-winning TV series Big Little Lies. Witherspoon was born Laura Jean Reese Witherspoon at New Orleans Louisiana, March 22nd in 1976. The daughter of a physician and nurse Witherspoon was raised in Nashville Tennessee where she was an aspiring debutante. She also attended Harpeth Hall a private all-girls high school. On a bit of a whim in 1991 Witherspoon was approached by a newspaper to be an extra in her local newspaper. At just 14 years old she was offered the role of lead in her debut feature film The Man in the Moon. Witherspoon was so tempted to give up acting in her first year of high school that she contemplated the possibility of pursuing a career in medical. However, in 1996, her role in the movie Freeway earned her an award at the Catalonian International Film Festival award for the most outstanding actress. After putting off college for an entire year, she studied English Literature at Stanford University briefly before returning to work. Rhea Seehorn.........................Rhea Seehorn was born on May 20 1972 in Norfolk Virginia. The career of the actress began in early 2000s with small roles on television. in the comedic The Invisible Man, 2003 she made her debut in a feature film. After that she would go on to be a part of a variety of TV shows, such as House of Lies Whitney and Better Call Saul. Additionally, she was a part of The Dictator as well as The Incredible Burt Wonderstone. As well as her profession as an actor, she is also a talented artist, who has exhibited her work in numerous gallery.
